Return & Refunds Policy

At DALI GIFTS (Operated by JOI FIRM LLC ), we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy, which gives you 7 days after receiving your item to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dali-gifts.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to secure the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that the processing time for the bank or credit card company to post the refund can vary.
